RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Sissa Sorella we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. We will assist you as much as possible to ensure the fit your item is suitable for you. In some circumstances, this may be more difficult to do online than instore. Therefore, if your item is purchased online and does not fit appropriately, we will happily refund, exchange or offer a gift voucher to the value of your item if it is a FULL PRICED item.  If your item is purchased in store and you are not happy we will happily provide an exchange or 90 day credit note on your FULL PRICED item.

All SALE items are final. 

This is provided that: 

  • The item has not been worn and is in a resalable condition as received. Always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the shoes until you’re certain they’re the right fit for you!
  • The item has not been damaged whilst in the customer’s possession.
  • The customer has proof of purchase such as a receipt or online order number from Sissa Sorella.
  • The items are returned in their original box and packaging and tags in tact if applicable.   Any item not in it's original packaging will not be accepted.
  • The items are returned and received back to Sissa Sorella within 7 days  of the customer receiving the goods

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Sissa Sorella reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit.

Please note all  sale and promotional items are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these items except where the item is faulty or defective.  

 

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE

If you wish to return or exchange an item/s, you can return the item/s via Australia post within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note, your item/s must meet our online  exchange policy as noted above to be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange and only accepted on FULL PRICED purchases.

Returns are at the expense of the customer.

  • Fill in our returns form (provided with full priced shoes) in the original package
  • Pack your item and returns form into a shipping satchel (our pink satchels are reusable)
  • Head into any Australia Post office and mail your parcel directly to the below address or use the cut off section of the returns form and attach to the outside of the parcel

We’ll notify you via email or text once your return has been processed.

We suggest opting for a tracked service with signature on delivery when returning your order as Sissa Sorella is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED INSTORE

If you wish to return or exchange a full priced item/s, please return to the original store in which you purchased the product within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or 90 day credit.  We do not accept returns on SALE or promotional items. 

FAULTY ITEMS
Sissa Sorella will repair, exchange, credit or refund if an item is deemed faulty or defective. Before an item can be deemed faulty it must be assessed in-store or online by Sissa Sorella. If you would like to have your item assessed online please contact Sissa Sorella by email (hello@sissasorella.com.au) with sufficient photos of the fault and your online order number. If you don’t contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product with photo evidence we can’t assure that the damage didn’t occur in your possession, and Sissa Sorella will be unable to process your return. To have your item assessed in store, please visit the store within 48 hours of receiving your parcel where it will be refunded, exchanged or accepted for repair.

If your item is deemed with a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the issue does not amount to a major fault Sissa Sorella will have the item repaired for you. This returns policy corresponds with consumer’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.

ONLINE RETURN PROCESSING TIMELINES

Refunds for online purchased and faulty items - Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once the returned goods are received and assessed. A refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges – Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive the return and depending on your location 3-5 days for your exchange to arrive.
