How do I join the loyalty program?

The Sissahood system automatically saves a record of your purchases and rewards when you tell us your email address in store or online. When you make a purchase in store we will ask if you would like to add your email address so that you can join the Sissahood. This will create an account for you which will record your points and rewards and you can access at any time.

Is there a cost to join the loyalty program?

No, there is no cost to join and be part of the Sissahood, it’s our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and for coming along with us on the Sissa Sorella journey. We hope you enjoy the rewards and treats we have in store for you!

What are the benefits of being a loyalty program member?

For interstate customers shipping is not included and you will need to pin the garment to the appropriate length before sending to Sissa Sorella for alteration. For local customers, please arrange to come into store to pin your hemline for alterations.

How do I earn points in the loyalty program?

You can earn points in a range of ways:

Can I earn points on all purchases, including online and in-store?
Yes absolutely - as long as you tell us your email when you purchase in store or online we can count your purchase towards your points on your account. Your email is the key to your account.

Do I earn points on sale or clearance items?
No - points don’t apply on sale or discounted items.

What is the value of each loyalty point?
It depends on your loyalty level. The more you shop with us the more your points are worth.

How can I check my current loyalty points balance?

It’s easy to check your balance when you have set up your account online. Just head HERE to set up your account and you can see your purchase history as well as points and rewards available. You can also ask us in store and we would be happy to check your balance for you.
We'll remind you occasionally via email when you have points to use or a special offer available to you.

Are there any restrictions on using my loyalty points or rewards? Can I combine my loyalty points with discounts or other promotions?

Generally speaking you can’t stack your rewards on top of eachother, but when you shop online or in store we will let you know what points or special offers you are eligible to redeem.

You cannot redeem your points on the same day they are accrued. You need to wait for 24 hours to redeem your points.

Do my loyalty points expire?
We want to make sure you get the most out of your rewards. Your points and your tier status are active for 12 months, after that they will retire if you don’t lose them or shop with us in that time. We’ll remind you so you have plenty of time to make the most of your rewards.

How can I update my contact information or preferences for the loyalty program?
You can easily do this online HERE and follow the prompts. If you would rather, we can also help you instore, just ask.

What do I do if I've lost my login information?
You can reset your login details online HERE, just pop your email address in and the system will send you a link to reset your password.

Is the loyalty program available at all store locations or only specific ones?
The loyalty program is available at all our stores, Deakin and Campbell and online.

Can I transfer or share my loyalty points with family members or friends?
No, points are not transferable.

What happens if I have a problem with my loyalty points or rewards? How can I get assistance?
