DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

  • We only ship within Australia.
  • Orders are delivered via Sendle (courier)or Australia Post. Orders will be dispatched every 48 hours and should arrive to you within 3-5 days, depending on your location. Please refer to the delivery times section on the Australia post website for further information. AUSPOST DELIVERY INFO
  • Sissa Sorella will email you a confirmation and tracking number as soon as we have dispatched your order. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery time, please contact Australia post or Sendle first and quote the tracking number we have provided. Should this fail, please contact Sissa Sorella via email sissasorella@gmail.com stating the order number and we will assist you in locating your parcel.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Sissa Sorella we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. We will assist you as much as possible to ensure the fit of the shoe is suitable for you. In some circumstances, this may be difficult to do. Therefore, if your shoes purchased do not fit appropriately, we will happily exchange or 90 day credit your item if it is a FULL PRICED item. A SALE item is final. This is provided that: 

  • The item has not been worn and is in a resalable condition as received. Always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the shoes until you’re certain they’re the right fit for you!
  • The item has not been damaged whilst in the customer’s possession.
  • The customer has proof of purchase such as a receipt or online order number from Sissa Sorella.
  • The shoes are returned in their original box and packaging.
  • The shoes are returned and received back to Sissa Sorella within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods

Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your request to be rejected and online orders will be returned to you at your cost.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Sissa Sorella reserves the right to refuse an exchange or 90 day credit.

Please note all non-shoe products, sale and promotional items are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these items except where the item is faulty or defective.   

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

if you wish to return or exchange an item/s, you can return the item/s via Australia post within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note, your item/s must meet our online  exchange policy as noted above to be eligible for a 90 day credit or exchange. Returns are at the expense of the customer.

  • Pack your item and faulty returns form into a shipping satchel.
  • Print off the online returns form here, and fill in the required fields. make sure to include the completed form inside your returns parcel. 
  • Head into any Australia Post office and mail your parcel directly to the below address.

We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS
Sissa Sorella will repair, exchange, credit or refund if an item is deemed faulty or defective. Before an item can be deemed faulty it must be assessed in-store or online by Sissa Sorella. If you would like to have your item assessed online please contact Sissa Sorella by email (sissasorella@gmail.com) with sufficient photos of the fault and your online order number. If you don’t contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product with photo evidence we can’t assure that the damage didn’t occur in your possession, and Sissa Sorella will be unable to
process your return. To have your item assessed in store, please visit the store within 48 hours of receiving your parcel where it will be refunded, exchanged or accepted for repair.

Sissa Sorella is open 7 days a week.

If your item is deemed with a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the issue does not amount to a major fault Sissa Sorella will have the item repaired for you. This returns policy corresponds with consumer’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.

ONLINE RETURN PROCESSING TIMELINES
Refunds for faulty item - Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once the returned goods are received and assessed. Your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges – Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive the return and depending on your location 3-5 days for your exchange to arrive.
